Philosophy
At ZOPYX customer orientation and support go without saying and these terms are more than just words to us. However, personal readiness for action and professional competence are not enough to realise the best solutions for customers. It is the efficient and enduring technology that brings the customer´s benefit.
Because of this, ZOPYX primarily utilizes open source tools such as Python, Zope and Plone because these tools have great advantages compared to proprietary software.
Free software allows you or your IT-provider to access the source code and gives you the right to modify these at will. This right offers possibilities the customer would not have with proprietary software. Open source software can be individualised or combined with other open source components.
Free software also makes you or your company independent from single producers or providers. And last but not least, free software such as Python, Zope and Plone are supported and developed intensively by a large international community of software engineers. Numerous working hours have been put into the development of this software – your project will benefit from that. ZOPYX also offers you the almost exhaustless know-how of this international community of software engineers and relies on the knowledge of a highly specialized network of experts.
